The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse operations to support manufacturing activities. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely material flow, safe handling of goods, and effective communication between warehouse, production, and logistics teams. This individual must be self-motivated. They will need to communicate clearly and regularly with multiple production department leaders, the supervisor, and co-workers to assist in the optimization of the production process.
Attention to safety, productivity, and housekeeping are critical to the success of the individual’s performance in this position. This role is an integral part to the company’s success.

Essential Job Functions- Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts to perform the following tasks:
- Unload deliveries and store in the warehouse
- Gather pallets for sales orders and load into trailers
- Deliver glass to manufacturing areas
- Empty dumpsters, as needed
- Keep a safe and clean work area
- Gather cartons of material for shipments up to 75 lbs.
- Wrap pallets for storage and shipment.
- Pull packaging materials in bundles and deliver to manufacturing.
- Return materials not consumed by manufacturing to the warehouse.
- Enter material issues/receipts into the computer business system.
- Handle, maintain, and safely store chemicals - up to 50 gallon barrels.
- Complete cycle counts for inventory.
- Must be aware of and closely follow safety precautions.
- Must be able to work in potentially hazardous conditions and in a high temperature environment of up to 100+ degrees
F. - Must be able to work effectively under time constraints.
- Must be able to follow directions and perform other duties as assigned.
- Diligence to manage time effectively.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, occasionally.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds, regularly.
Job Requirements

- Maintain a clean work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate.
- 2 – 3 years of experience with stand-up and sit-down Forklifts.
- Understanding of production processes.
- Lean manufacturing or 5S experience.
- Knowledge of OSHA and warehouse safety standards.
- Computer skills and experience with manufacturing interfaces.
- High School diploma or GED.
