Description SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS - QUALITY CONTROL / VISUAL INSPECTION
Actively involved in all duties for procedures related to inspecting printed circuit boards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Visually inspect processed panels on light table to detect defects. Such as bridges, breaks, slivers, line reduction, voids, excessive copper or poor plating.
- Rework pieces if possible.
Reports to department supervisor and Director of Operations.
QUALIFICATIONSA high school diploma is required.
PHYSICAL DEMANDSStanding for long periods of time is required. This position is in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dirt and chemicals. Exertion of up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally may be required. Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment such as computer terminals, calculator, copiers, and FAX machines. Use of light table, small hand tools and other small instruments.
Good vision required.

WORK SCHEDULEMonday - Friday from 3:15 p.m.
- 11:45 p.m., occasional half-day Saturdays. Training will likely take place on an earlier shift, starting at either 7:00 a.m. or 12:00 p.m. for the first month.
