Work schedule

8 Hour Rotating shifts. 1st 7AM-3PM, 2nd 3PM-11PM, 3rd 11PM-7AM.
* Must have flexibility to work all shifts.

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Safety First: Adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within our welcoming manufacturing setting.

  • Operate with Confidence: Operate production equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to ensure our high product and quality standards are met.

  • Record Keeping: Accurately record production data and other results as required.

  • Maintenance

    Skills:

    Apply basic maintenance skills to help service equipment, ensuring smooth operations.

  • Active Participation: Take an active role in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.

  • Flexible Scheduling: Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and weekend assignments, where applicable.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Safety Commitment: Ability to work safely in a manufacturing setting and follow all plant safety and housekeeping rules.

  • Eager to Learn: Willingness to learn to operate and troubleshoot plant equipment.

  • Clear Communication: Ability to interpret verbal and written work instructions effectively.

  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.

  • Precision: Proficiency in taking measurements to verify product specifications.

  • Handy

    Skills:

    Basic maintenance skills, including familiarity with common hand tools (hammer, wrench, screwdrivers, pliers, putty knife, etc.).

  • Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with all co-workers.

  • Reliable Attendance: Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
