Project Manager / Estimator – Custom Millwork
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. The individual will be responsible for reviewing drawings and specifications of a custom millwork project, sourcing the material and presenting the proposal to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain client relationships with existing customer base.
- Review project drawings to determine itemized list of materials needed for the specific project.
- Contact vendors for pricing and quotes for varying types of materials for each type of project.
- Develop written proposals and pricing to review with clients.
- Experience driving sales and developing relationships with clients
- Ability to read basic drawings and interpret specifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extreme attention to detail and organization
- Preferable basic understanding of millwork & woodworking.
