LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our client in Chicago, IL. This full-time direct hire opportunity is fully onsite.

The Production Supervisor role will be responsible for overseeing all production processes, directly supervising and coaching team members, ensuring safety compliance, and resolving production issues. This role requires 3 years of production supervisor experience and manufacturing experience.

Note:

The hours for this position are 4:30pm-3am, Monday - Thursday. Fridays off!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee shop floor activity and production operations, including packing lines, paint lines, rivet operations, roll-former operations and robotic steel welding cells
• Monitor productivity
• Coach and provide direct supervision for team members
• Assign responsibilities and prepare schedules
• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives for team members
• Identify and suggest improvements
• Resolve production issues
• Ensure safety compliance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of production supervisor experience and manufacturing experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong mathematical skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
