Chicago - Account Manager; Domestic

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent communication and service delivery
• Coordinate with carrier sales and operations teams to secure capacity and execute shipments
• Monitor loads from pickup through delivery and address issues in real time
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for account growth
• Negotiate rates and support pricing/quoting activities
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure billing accuracy
• Contribute to achieving revenue and service KPIs
