Overview

At Your Way Medicare , we are dedicated to helping seniors find the best Medicare plans that suit their needs. As a Medicare Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing a team of Medicare Consultants. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and developing your team, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting the achievement of sales goals. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of Medicare regulations and the sales process.

you'll make an impact
  • Lead and manage a team of 10-15 Medicare Consultants, providing coaching, training, and ongoing support to ensure high performance and productivity.
  • Set clear sales goals and performance expectations for the team and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, customer satisfaction, and overall team success.
  • Monitor and manage team performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call handle time, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and company policies by conducting regular audits and providing training as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including recruitment, training, and sales operations, to optimize team performance and enhance processes.
  • Stay updated on changes in Medicare regulations and industry trends to ensure team members are well-informed and able to provide accurate information to customers.
  • About You
    • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within the Medicare or insurance industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of Medicare regulations, plan options, and sales processes.
    • Strong coaching and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with team members and stakeholders.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications are preferred but not required.
    Compensation and benefits

    We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
