Managing Director – Consumer Investments (Client Focus)

We're partnering with a founder‑led investment platform looking to bring on a Managing Director to lead its Client investment strategy. This is a high‑impact leadership role with direct influence on investment decisions, portfolio performance, and overall firm direction.

• Lead sourcing, evaluation, and execution of consumer (Client) investments
• Own investment judgment across unit economics, margins, and scalability
• Partner closely with founders to drive growth, retail expansion, and profitability
• Support M&A strategy, partnerships, and exit readiness
• Represent the firm with LPs, family offices, and key stakeholders
• Help shape the firm's long‑term investment strategy and platform growth

• 10+ years in investing, advisory, or principal roles within consumer/Client
• Background in investment banking, private equity, or consulting
• Proven track record with scaled consumer brands
• Strong grasp of Client economics (pricing, margins, supply chain, channels)
• Executive presence with ability to influence founders and investors
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach
