Due to growth, they are looking for multiple Construction Managers to play key roles in their continued success.
In this leadership role, you will indirectly oversee and manage transportation construction projects from planning through completion, directing internal staff and subconsultants to ensure efficient, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery. This is a higher level management role, where you will build out the department and oversee up to 70 managers. You will be onsite 1 - 3 days a week - the rest will be from home or locally out in the field.

- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with IDOT, Tollway, or CDOT
