We are seeking a Senior Financial Manager inour Data Analytics Group in Chicago. The Senior Financial Manager will oversee the overall financial management of our clients' health and benefits plans.
** In this role, you will:
** Consult with employers regarding their Health & Benefits strategy,including claim forecasting, plan design modeling, contribution setting, and reserve development,  an expert in Health & Benefits strategies and in explaining the impact to clients Take an active interest in a leadership role, and create a path to get there 4-6 years of relevant experience

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000- $110,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
