Job Description & How to Apply Below
The Pat Tillman Foundation (PTF) unites and empowers remarkable military veterans and spouses as the next generation of public and private sector leaders committed to service beyond self. Inspired by Pat Tillman, who proudly put his NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals on hold to serve his country, family and friends established the Pat Tillman Foundation following Pat's death in April 2004 while serving with the 75th Ranger Regiment in Afghanistan.

Over the last 21 years, PTF has supported nearly 1,000 Tillman Scholars as they've furthered their education and increased their professional impact in the world.

PTF seeks a highly motivated, team-oriented Development Manager to join the existing Development Associate, Associate Director of Development, and the Director of Development in managing all aspects of the Foundation's investor program. In addition to shared responsibilities, and subject to the discretion of the Director of Development, the incoming Development Manager will collaborate across departments and with volunteers to nurture a culture of relationships and engagement throughout the organization and around the country.

The Development Manager will be a high-performing contributor to the success of PTF's fundraising programs. The Development Manager will own a portfolio of donors and lead PTF's signature fundraising event, Tillman Honors. The Development Manager will lead and scale efforts to build community and support for PTF.
