Operations Manager, Program / Project Manager
Location:Denver, CO (On-site)
Salary Range:$80,000 – $110,000 per year
Reports To:CEO
Lotus Concepts Management is seeking a highly organized, motivated Project Manager to be deeply involved in every aspect of opening new restaurant concepts. This role sits at the center of development, operations, and execution and reports directly to the CEO.
You will help take restaurant projects from idea to opening day—and beyond. While hospitality experience is helpful, it is not required. Experience in construction project management, operational project management, or complex multi-step projects is a strong plus. We will train the right person who is eager to learn, grow, and take ownership.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, enjoys building systems from the ground up, and wants meaningful exposure to executive leadership and high‑impact projects.
What You’ll DoYou will be involved in all aspects of restaurant openings and development, including but not limited to:
- Managing timelines and deliverables for new restaurant openings
- Coordinating with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and partners
- Assisting with sourcing furniture, equipment, fixtures, supplies, and services
- Building and maintaining strong vendor and contractor relationships
- Supporting construction and operational project workflows
Setting up accounts, systems, and operational infrastructure - Writing and organizing operational manuals, SOPs, and training documentation
- Tracking budgets, schedules, and project milestones
- Identifying potential issues early and helping drive solutions
- Supporting the CEO directly on development and operational initiatives
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented
Helpful but not required:
- Hospitality or restaurant experience
- Experience opening new locations or managing complex builds
- Direct exposure to the CEO and executive leadership
- Hands‑on involvement in exciting restaurant and hospitality projects
