Role Description

As a Restoration Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through the restoration process from initial inspection to project completion. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with both in-house teams and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You'll Do

Project Management and Client Relations

• Conduct on-site inspections and write detailed, accurate estimates and revisions.
• Secure signed contracts and manage change orders and revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure the scope of work is accurate and aligns with insurance carrier and company requirements before a project begins.
• Lead pre-construction meetings and assist clients with material selections.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Conduct final walk-throughs with clients to secure Certificates of Completion.

Operational and Financial Oversight

• Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries, managing daily emails and urgent tasks.
• Submit all necessary project documentation - including Matterport scans, photo reports, and scopes of work - to subcontractors with an approved budget.
• Coordinate with the billing department to ensure timely invoicing, deposit collection, and final payment processing.
• Monitor jobs that are not yet in production, offering expertise to move them forward.
• Regularly report on job progress, potential issues, and estimated completion times to the Management Team.
• Assist with monthly job board archiving and quarterly Matterport archiving.

Team Leadership and Growth

• Manage in-house and subcontractor teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Actively participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies.
• Share your experience and insights with your Department Manager during quarterly check-ins.
• Provide annual feedback on company performance and propose a major goal for improvement.

Key Milestones and Goals

• Increase the percentage of files moving into production by 5-6% per quarter.
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction ratings through effective communication and project delivery.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental and company-wide processes.

• Base Salary with a Commission Plan:
  This role includes a base salary, with the primary incentive being our commission plan. Your hard work and performance directly impact your earnings, which are uncapped.
