Salary: $105,000 – $115,000

Our client, a leading organization in the Chicago area, is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work schedule and an opportunity to lead critical accounting operations while driving process improvements.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting functions, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting, forecasting, and audits.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• CPA preferred (active or in progress).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
