Organizational Change ManagerOverall driving change across the organization as part of the Modern Workplace and Business Digital transformation. Passionate about helping people adapt to organizational and systems changes. The OCM Specialist will be part of our client’s PMO team composed of Atos OCM team members and the Customers. The Organizational Change Manager will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies, with an emphasis on onsite and technology‑related security awareness programs.
It will create and deliver strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs by honing methods of effective and sustained behavior change. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement change initiatives related to business processes and technologies.
- Drive adoption and proficiency of changes within the organization in compliance with client’s Change Management methodologies.
- Develop project strategies and plans, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, organization transition, change readiness, capability transfer, and end‑user training.
- Microsoft 365 Technologies (Ambassador) who embrace the change.
- Oversee team execution in accordance with project plans, tools, and methods, and support resource planning and acquisition.
- Develop short and long‑term goals, KPIs, and objectives, and develop and execute against annual operational plan.
- Lead/facilitate meetings with client to ensure an understanding of the current company culture and jointly develop a change adoption plan.
- Provide direct support and coaching to front‑line managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
- Facilitate change management activities with cross‑functional team members and stakeholders to understand and ensure adoption of the Enterprise Business Transformation.
Job Skills & Requirements
- Change Management Professional and/or Project Manager certification.
- 6 years in Microsoft 365/Azure program and project deployment, with a good understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystems.
- BA or BS Degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
- 5+ years of experience in organizational change management program design and implementation.
- 5+ years of experience in project management and resource management.
- Must be a leader who can influence stakeholders in written and oral communications.
