** As a Facilities Manager – Healthcare at JLL supporting Rush University Medical Center, you will serve as the single point of contact responsible for facilities management for your assigned healthcare portfolio while assisting the Senior Facilities Manager and account team with the delivery of quality facility management services. This role requires you to report directly to the Senior Facilities Manager while being responsible for a portfolio of healthcare buildings within a campus environment.

You'll be accountable for operational and financial performance of your assigned portfolio within the client's campus including leading assigned team members in both direct and matrix environments, budgeting, financial management, forecasting, and vendor performance management that reflects JLL's commitment to operational excellence and healthcare facility management.
