About Charcoalblue Experience (CBX) Project Delivery:
Charcoalblue Experience is a global leader in delivering complex, creative, and high-profile projects across theatre, cultural institutions, immersive environments, and experiential venues. Our Project Delivery discipline provides the organizational backbone to guide projects from vision to completion—integrating creative ambition with rigorous project management, controls, and stakeholder coordination.

We are building a roster of freelance and contract professionals to support our growing portfolio in the USA, Europe, Middle East and Australia
. This includes:

• Project Managers (Mid- and Senior-level)
• Project Coordinators
• Project Controls Specialists (scheduling, cost management, risk, doc management, data analytics and reporting)

If you have experience managing or supporting design, construction, or delivery of complex projects—particularly in creative industries such as theatre, live events, immersive media, or cultural institutions—we’d like to hear from you.

Our projects span a wide spectrum of cultural, entertainment, and experiential environments. As part of the CBX Project Delivery team, you may find yourself:

• Supporting the delivery of immersive cultural projects in Abu Dhabi
• Providing project controls, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment on innovative entertainment venues, such as MSG Sphere
• Providing managed service support for global technology clients, including delivery of Google event spaces
• Guiding design and construction teams through delivery of historic renovations and new builds, from Pier 57 in NYC to 1 Drive at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the UK

You’ll be working at the intersection of creativity and technical delivery—helping world-class teams bring ambitious ideas to life while ensuring clarity, accountability, and successful handover.

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to navigate both creative and technical project environments
• Experience with project management/controls tools and methodologies (Primavera, Planera, Pro Core, Aconex, Power BI, Smartsheet, Bluebeam Revu, MS 365 and Google Suite, etc.)
• Comfort working across diverse geographies, time zones, and cultures
• A collaborative spirit, with the confidence to work independently when required
