As a Quade Licensed Circle Director, you lead and facilitate CEO peer circles in your market under your own brand—powered by Quade.

Your role isn’t to coach, consult, or present slides.

Your role is to facilitate powerful conversations where leaders challenge one another, learn from lived experience, and make better decisions.

• Former CEOs and senior executives transitioning into portfolio or advisory work
• Executive and business coaches who want leverage, community, and recurring revenue
• Leaders who value autonomy, flexibility, and impact

As a Quade Licensee, you:

• Build your own brand (e.g., Smith Leadership Circles – Powered by Quade)
• Set your own pricing (Typical: $5,000–$10,000 per Ally per year, Circles of up to 10 Allies)
• Define your Ideal Client Profile for each Circle
• Decide how many Circles you run
• Modify and adapt the Quade framework to fit your style and market
• You own the relationships.
• You keep 100% of the revenue.

• Monthly dues: $750
• Your investment is fixed, regardless of how many Circles you operate.
