Director, Customer Led Development - Central Region

Prologis is seeking a Director, Customer Led Development (CLD), to support the sourcing, structuring, and execution of complex Build-to-Suit developments and land acquisitions for Prologis’ top customers across the Central Region. This role serves as a critical partner to the VP, Regional Lead, helping drive deal velocity, manage execution risk, and translate customer requirements into executable development outcomes.

As part of a global capital deployment and development team delivering more than $1 billion in projects annually, you will collaborate closely with regional development, construction, capital, legal, and customer teams. The role spans all Central Region markets and works directly with the VP, Regional Lead, and a growing group of development and execution professionals. The preferred office location is a major Central Region metro, such as Dallas, TX or Chicago, IL.

** Manage cross-functional workflows spanning land, entitlements, design, construction, capital approval, and legal across multiple concurrent pursuits while adapting to evolving customer requirements experience, including 5 years minimum experience in supporting and leading complex Experience in structuring industrial Build-to-Suit and speculative leases, land purchases and entitlements

Hiring Salary Range of: $141,600 - $194,700. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI (Long Term Incentives)) to be determined by the candidate’s location, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data
