Community Manager – Chicago | Up to $100K OTE | 9–5
We’re partnering with a growing Chicago-based real estate business to find a Community Manager who can bring energy, organization, and a people-first approach to their member experience. This role combines traditional community management with a touch of sales and business growth.
What You’ll Do:- Be the go-to person for members, creating a welcoming and engaging environment.
- Plan and execute community events that drive engagement and retention.
- Support sales initiatives through event promotion, upsells, and member retention efforts.
- Oversee daily operations of the space, ensuring it’s professional and vibrant.
- Collaborate with the wider team to support broader business objectives.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused, organized, and proactive.
- Experience in community management, hospitality, or customer success preferred.
- Comfortable with light sales or upsell responsibilities.
- Standard Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Opportunity to grow within a fast-moving real estate business
