Details: The Executive Director (ED), reports to an appointed Board of Directors and will serve as the Chief Executive of CLIHTF responsible for strategic leadership, operational management, and financial oversight. The Executive Director is the key management leader of the organization and will work closely with the Board of Directors to continue to provide low-income individuals and families in Chicago access to stable, quality, safe, affordable housing by investing in rental subsidies and affordable housing projects throughout Chicago’s communities.
Responsibilities- Serve as Chief Executive of CLIHTF with responsibility for strategic leadership, operational management, and financial oversight.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and CLIHTF staff to provide access to stable, affordable housing through rental subsidies and housing projects in Chicago.
- Experience:
5-10 years. - Education:
Bachelor s degree. - Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of equitable housing opportunities and experience in community-focused environments.
- Experience navigating tight budgets and coordinating a strategic response in partnership with the Board of Directors, City, State, and CLIHTF staff.
