Engage in job duties outlined below, to reduce risk exposure in areas of cyber and physical security; and to promote our mission of safeguarding the people, property, reputation and shareholder value of the corporation. Provide secure tactical driving services for Exelon executives with 24/7 availability. Conduct counter-surveillance services for select Exelon executives. Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding all corporate matters, especially executive conversations and communications.

Provide security/protective services for events held by or attended by select Exelon executives, and ensure a smooth transition from each venue. Conduct dignitary advances, security assessments and investigations on an as needed basis. Interface with and maintain a working relationship with federal, state and local law enforcement professionals, executive protection specialists in other corporations, and vendors providing executive protection services.

Plan and provide protection services for international travel. Provide residential vulnerability assessment services, including the coordination of security system installations/upgrades, to select executives. Conduct independent, complex, impactful, highly confidential investigations throughout the Corporation. Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired investigative results, and make recommendations in support of correcting internal controls issues and/or policy/procedural deficiencies surfaced by the investigation.

Plan, organize, and conduct minimal to complex investigations of alleged violations of law or the Company's Code of Business Conduct. Conduct investigative as well as information‑seeking interviews of employees and non‑employees, document investigations, handle evidence, and maintain liaison status with internal and external resources in order to achieve favorable results that support Exelon's business units and efforts. Provide controls and risk mitigation recommendations to management.

Prepare clear, comprehensive, and cohesive investigative reports based upon established procedures. Engage regulators and councils on critical infrastructure. Act as a liaison to law enforcement networks.
