Position Overview
The Project Manager (Rev Ops) is an executive‑facing operator responsible for driving complex, multi‑week and multi‑month initiatives across funnels, CRM systems, revenue tech stack integrations and account onboarding. Working directly with the COO and CEO, the PM translates strategy into structured work streams, visual roadmaps, detailed project plans and task‑level execution that respects real‑world capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Own project management for account onboarding and integration, ensuring clean execution across weeks or months.
- Partner directly with the COO and CEO on quarterly strategic planning, translating initiatives into detailed, task‑level execution plans.
- Serve as the central intake and capacity manager for Rev Ops project requests, prioritizing and sequencing initiatives to protect execution quality.
- Maintain project management tooling (Click Up or Asana), building Gantt charts, timelines and visual roadmaps for executive and team visibility.
- Provide leadership with a clear view of progress, capacity, risk and trade‑off decisions, and restore order when execution gets messy.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive project or program management experience, ideally under a COO or executive team.
- Proven track record of supporting 8‑figure or larger businesses with complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
- Strong capacity planning and resource allocation skills, with experience managing dependencies and inflection points.
- Exceptional ability to break strategy into work streams, milestones and tasks; comfortable visualizing multiple initiatives together.
- Hands‑on experience with Click Up or Asana, and proficiency in building Gantt charts and roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills, able to drive executive conversations and shape execution strategy.
- Comfortable managing capacity, not just checklists; proactive in identifying trade‑offs and potential bottlenecks.
- Passion for turning strategic vision into executable reality without blowing up capacity.
