Implementation Project Manager

The Implementation Project Manager is responsible for managing new customer implementations assigned to them. They act as the quarterback of the implementation process and work with leaders and individual contributors from various teams to ensure all action items are completed and all deadlines/deliverables are met. The Implementation Project Manager will schedule and lead all internal implementation meetings, drive clear communication throughout the process, and work closely with external key stakeholders and internal teams such as Sales, Account Management, Supply Chain, Installation, Field Services, Plant Operations, Clinical Education, and any other teams involved.

• Manage all aspects of implementations at new customer locations
• Lead internal implementation calls for assigned projects
• Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliveries are met
• Work with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure timely implementation
• Monitor progress of assigned implementation projects and identify potential delays or issues
• Work with Installation Director to schedule upcoming installations and resources needed
• Work closely with Supply Chain team to ensure products are ordered and delivered on time
• Manage all internal communication for assigned implementation projects
• Provide clear and concise communication and updates to all key internal stakeholders
• Delegate tasks to Implementation Coordinators as needed
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend enhancements to the implementation process
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Position can be performed remotely, but is expected to keep Central or Eastern business hours
