What You’ll Do:- Lead underwriting excellence and ensure adherence to risk appetite and guidelines.
- Develop pricing strategies, rate plans, and manage catastrophe exposure.
- Drive portfolio management, profitability, and growth initiatives.
- Monitor emerging risks, introduce new coverages, and recommend new markets.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and support audits.
- Collaborate with underwriting, distribution, IT, and operations to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
- 5+ years in Personal Insurance product management.
- Bachelor’s in Math, Actuarial Science, Economics, or Finance (advanced degree preferred).
- Strong analytical skills; advanced Excel, SQL, R experience.
- Proven project management and pricing model development success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Action‑oriented leader with sound business judgment.
