The role manages a small team of lean associates to deliver quantifiable improved results in the form of quality, safety, delivery and cost using Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies. The role manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions.# About the job
* Coaches and manages the work activities and may have full management accountability for the performance and development of team. (50%)
* Leads the continuous improvement projects on value streams that are key to Littelfuse. Analysis focuses on production/administration processes in the area of quality, safety, delivery, and cost. (30%)
* Assesses issues and develops resolutions to meet objectives. Ensures that the team recommendations drive the processes improvement strategies on assigned value stream. (10%)
* Deliver Yellow and Green Belt training. (10%)
* Other duties as assigned.# About You
* Seven to ten years of experience
* Management experience
* Deep knowledge of Lean
* Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
* Advanced knowledge in MS Office
* Strong analytical skills
