Managing Director - Financial Services - Strategy & Management Consulting at Sia
Join to apply for this senior leadership role focused on expanding our Financial Services & Insurance (FSI) Business Unit in North America.

Consulting Delivery

• Lead client delivery, maintain active billability, and contribute directly to revenue through hands‑on engagement.

Business Expertise

• Leverage deep Financial Services expertise to identify, cultivate and secure new client relationships and strategic engagements, driving revenue growth.

• Represent Sia’s core capabilities with credibility and depth, delivering high‑value insights and thought leadership.

• Shape and launch innovative, market‑relevant consulting solutions aligned with client needs and positioned for long‑term success.

Business Development

• Define, build and manage end‑to‑end business development and go‑to‑market strategy for client accounts or segments.

• Originate new business annually through proactive client acquisition and relationship expansion.

• Manage annual revenue by overseeing existing client engagements and strategic account management.

People Leadership and Team Development

• Provide strategic direction, oversight and mentorship to client engagement teams and internal development teams.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous learning across engagements and initiatives.

• Attract, develop and retain top talent by actively coaching team members and supporting professional growth.

• Guide and inspire consultants to achieve high‑quality delivery and alignment with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Based in the Chicago area with an extensive local network of buyers in the Asset Management segment.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Proven ability to lead sales/business development to support and mature client relationships and revenue growth.

• Track record of generating new clients and consulting delivery while developing new opportunities.

• 9+ years of consulting experience focused on Financial Services and Asset Management.

• Passionate about guiding and coaching delivery teams.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year (base). Includes personal sales bonus (uncapped) and discretionary bonus opportunities.
