MUST HAVEFive-plus years of multi-site warehouse leadership in food manufacturing / FMCG.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide leadership across multiple facilities for all warehouse operations.
- Ensure consistency by developing and enforcing standardized policies and procedures.
- Maintain full compliance with all food safety and regulatory standards (HACCP, FDA, .)
- Optimize space and cost efficiency by overseeing material handling and layouts.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Monitor site-level key performance indicators (KPIs) like inventory accuracy and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, logistics) for seamless supply chain.
- Build and develop site-level leadership teams through effective coaching and mentorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related business field.
- Five-plus years in a leadership role overseeing multi-site food operations.
- Deep knowledge of food safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
- Proven expertise in WMS, ERP systems, and leveraging data for efficiency.
