• Manage enterprise-wideengineeringand/ormanufacturing
  
  PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) programs/projects and related specific activities as a consultative service with a focuson high-quality deliver yon timeandon budget. Projecttypesvaryandcouldinvolvebusiness process improvements,newPLM implementation,integrations,complex data migrations, upgrades,enhancements,or others.
• Manage internal company initiative projects as assigned
• Defineobjectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to frame project delivery tasks
• Plan, schedule, and control activities to fulfill identifiedobjectivesapplying technical, managerial, and leadership skills to satisfy project requirements
• Develop and enforce integrated project plans representingappropriate levelsof detail
• Record and manage project issues, escalating when necessary
• Resolve cross-functional issues at the project level
• Manage project scope and change control
• Provide consistent andaccuratestatus reports as required by clients and for internalgovernance
• Lead risk identification, mitigation and contingency planning, and tracking with the project team
• Allocate work among team members and provide guidance on work tasks as needed
• Ensure all project documentation is updated and conveyed to relevant stakeholders on time
• Integrate with clients and colleagues to effectively lead project team and build positive professional relationships
• Establish andmaintainhigh performing team and serve as project advocate within the organization
• Ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables with a focus on providing value to clients
• Support Business Development team asrequiredto develop detailed scope of work, resource plan, and initial schedule
• Supportobjectiveswithin the organization to improve Delivery and PMO operations

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen (required for FA&D role).
• Consulting experience required.
• 5+ years of experience with enterprise-level software development project management, specifically for PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software such as PTC FlexPLM, PTC Windchill, or Dassault Systèmes?

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Jira, Azure Dev Ops, or similar tools preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under changing priorities.
• Availability for travel as required (typically less than 10%).
• PMP certification is a plus.
