Service Manager

Cintasis is seeking a Service Manager to directly manage our customer‑facing Service team. The role includes hiring and performance management, overseeing overall team performance, fostering a safe working environment, resolving customer‑related issues, training team members on effective sales techniques, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The manager will achieve sales, profit, inventory, and payroll goals, manage a budget, and address operational issues affecting service.

Hands‑on support includes accompanying service representatives or visiting customers alone when necessary, driving a company‑owned vehicle to and from customer locations, and physically handling Cintas products while maintaining world‑class service and goodwill to customers.

• Valid driver’s license
• High School Diploma/GED;
  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

• Management experience
• Experience in industrial sales or customer service
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $74,800 - $99,464 per year and is eligible for an annual target bonus. The bonus earned is based on the performance of the individual, location, division, and/or company. The range takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organization needs.

Please note, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each decision.
