Security Site Supervisor

Secureone Security Services is seeking to hire a Security Site Supervisor (SS) to oversee security operations at assigned sites and provide training, operational support, and performance management for site personnel.

• Lead and direct site and account officers, supporting their responsibilities as needed.
• Provide site-wide support and conduct inspections of assigned personnel.
• Effectively manage, motivate, coach, and formally evaluate the performance of all assigned staff and officers.
• Assist in developing and implementing measurement and evaluation tools for efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Recommend updates to policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines that apply to the assigned site/account.
• Implement controls for accurate and timely patrol and alarm response activities.
• Respond to incidents proactively and coordinate necessary responses and notifications.
• Continuously review site/account operations for improvement and profitability opportunities.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and client operations.
• Resolve potential issues, concerns, or threats at the assigned site/account with clear communication to office management.
• Apply strong conceptual and critical thinking skills, presenting ideas clearly لهاand compellingly with strict attention to detail.
• Exhibit emotional intelligence and people skills to foster successful client relationships.
• Maintain strong personal presence, credibility, and high integrity.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to attend supervisory/managerial meetings on a monthly and quarterly basis.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Valid security license required for the state in which you are applying.
• Minimum of 2‑3 years of progressive security experience.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a pre‑employment drug/alcohol test.
• Maintenance of current active license status and possession of the license at all times while on duty.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

• 3+ years of security experience.
• 2(detail) – 3+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
