Job DescriptionClient is seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong technical knowledge to lead and deliver complex projects from initiation through closeout. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in contract management, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination, with hands‑on experience using Primavera. This role requires a disciplined project manager who can manage scope, timelines, budgets, and compliance while working across cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera.
- Manage contracts, vendors, and procurement activities, including change orders and compliance tracking.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, legal, finance, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and executive‑level updates.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Support project planning, forecasting, and resource allocation activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification (required).
- Strong experience in contract management and vendor coordination.
- Hands‑on experience with Primavera (P6) for project scheduling and tracking.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
