Role OverviewAs a Vice President or Principal, you will play a critical leadership role in sourcing, executing, and managing investments. This position offers significant responsibility for driving deal processes, leading due diligence, and shaping strategic direction for portfolio companies. You will have direct influence on investment decisions and portfolio value creation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Origination & Sourcing
:
Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, executives, and industry leaders to identify and originate investment opportunities. - Deal Leadership
:
Lead transaction execution, including structuring, negotiations, and closing. - Investment Analysis
:
Oversee financial modeling, valuation, and market research, ensuring robust investment theses. - Due Diligence Management
:
Direct and coordinate operational, financial, and legal diligence work streams. - Portfolio Oversight
:
Drive strategic initiatives, operational improvements, and add‑on acquisitions across portfolio companies. - Team Leadership
:
Mentor and develop Associates and Analysts, fostering a high‑performance culture. - Investment Committee
:
Prepare and present materials with clear strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- 6‑10+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or consulting, with a proven track record of leading transactions.
- Strong origination capabilities and established industry relationships.
- Advanced analytical, negotiation, & leadership skills.
- Deep expertise & passion for industrials and manufacturing sectors.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
