Operations Manager – Metropolis Technologies – Chicago, IL

Join the Metropolis Technologies team as an Operations Manager where you will lead a cross‑functional team to deliver enhanced client experience and operational excellence in our checkout‑free parking network.

• Deliver on our Promise by resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and proactively communicating with clients on operations improvement.
• Hire, develop, train, and supervise a diverse group of team members, ensuring proper staffing levels for quality customer service.
• Ensure parking, security, and cash controls procedures are followed and policies are implemented.
• Maximize profitability through revenue development, facility marketing, cash control, expense reviews, and budget management.
• Identify procurement and vendor needs, and perform general accounting duties (AP, payroll, petty cash).
• Monitor facility maintenance and cleanliness standards and review damage claims to improve safety.
• Implement all OSHA compliance policies and procedures.

• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and motivate a diverse team.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experience and solving problems creatively.
• Prior experience developing budgets and reviewing profit and loss statements.
• Ability to react quickly and solve problems under pressure.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal computer programs.

Must possess a valid state‑issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.

$60,000 – $65,000 annually.
