$140–180K (Depending on Experience) – Full Time with Benefits

Chin) is seeking a dedicated Project Manager with experience in the planning, design, and implementation of airline and aviation facilities. This individual will be airline staff augmentation at O’Hare airport. In addition to the planning / design and construction responsibilities an acute awareness of airline functions and operations is required.

Interaction with station managers and user groups will be required. Airline experience is preferred.

• Education – bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, civil engineering, or highly-related discipline preferred.
• Experience – 7+ years, must be relevant experience.
• Previous experience managing multiple construction projects.
• Some travel will be required.
• Strong problem solving and change management skills.
• Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to acquire new responsibilities and skills, and work in a team environment.

• Understand the overall project / program scope and manage the assigned project or group of projects.
• Plan, design, implementation, cost control, quality functions, and project closeout.
• Stakeholder coordination and strong communication.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks.
• Pro-active and takes initiative.

• Competitive base salary between $140 – 180K, depending on project assignment, experience, skills, and location.
