Hunden Partners is hiring a Project Manager to join our growing consulting team. This position plays a central role in leading client engagements, managing complex public-private development projects, and delivering high-impact, data-driven outcomes.

As a Project Manager, you’ll guide the full project lifecycle—from research and analysis through to storytelling and client presentations. You’ll collaborate with public agencies, developers, and internal stakeholders, managing the day-to-day execution of some of the most exciting tourism, hospitality, mixed-use, and destination projects across the country.

Base Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Dependent on experience
Quarterly Bonus:
Based on personal and Firm performance

• Lead multiple projects from start to finish, managing timelines, teams, and deliverables
• Oversee all aspects of research, interviews, data analysis, and report development
• Present findings and lead client conversations with professionalism and clarity
• Develop reports, financial models, maps, and presentations that tell a compelling story
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for client engagements
• Coach and mentor Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Analytics Managers
• Contribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and industry events
• Ensure deliverables meet the highest standard of quality and withstand external scrutiny
• Represent Hunden at conferences and industry events

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, project management, or real estate development
• Strong experience with market and real estate analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel proficiency and command of Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple work streams
• Strong communication, storytelling, and client-facing skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
