** Sr. Director, Growth Initiatives
** The Sr. Director, Growth Initiatives will lead the strategic development and execution of key growth initiatives for our business segment. This role is responsible for identifying and driving new business opportunities, fostering innovation, and steering the long-range planning (LRP) targets for the segment. The ideal candidate will act as a servant leader for the business, capable of translating ideas into actionable business plans and maintaining alignment with enterprise goals, all with the goal of helping our business partners unlock growth.
This role requires hands-on analytics, fast pivots, and a high bar for output and execution.
