Accounting Manager
We are currently seeking an Accounting Manager who shares our passion for helping our clients build exceptional companies. Accounting Managers are leaders who partner with our client’s boards, investors, CEOs, and leadership teams. In addition, they mentor and guide a variety of global personnel ounting Managers lead and oversee client and internal teams to drive projects from start to completion while tracking tangible milestones and benchmarks.
Ideal candidates have a strong background in accounting and finance and have demonstrated a track record of managing teams and projects effectively. Accounting Managers are responsible for overseeing staff who execute a wide range of technical financial processes, from transactional accounting and cash flow forecasting to board-level reporting and revenue and expense budgeting. While they are well-versed in finance and accounting, they will also be required to interact with almost every aspect of a company’s operations, including corporate strategy, IT, marketing, sales, operations, and human resources.
They are logical, creative, process-driven, autonomous specialists responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of key systems and processes that CEOs and leadership teams will rely upon to run their companies. Accounting Managers also give frequent and formal feedback to both team members and clients and must lean into and navigate tough conversations in an effective, tactful manner.

Projects &
Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and executing of daily accounting and finance responsibilities at our clients, especially core accounting functions like AR, AP, and month-end close (MEC)
- Analyzing, developing, and working with client teams to implement financial and operational infrastructure for clients
- Managing and executing project work deliverables, including qualitative and quantitative tasks and analytics to accelerate revenue growth and profitability
- Creating monthly reporting packages, cash flow forecasts, and documentation of key processes and controls
- Maintaining strong attention to detail to ensure a consistent work product
- Directly managing projects to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met
- Assessing and tackling project issues as they arise in a logical, data-driven manner
- Providing real-time feedback and updates to project teams and clients on a routine basis
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience required
- Prior consulting experience with proven ability to manage multiple client service teams and client relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (degrees focusing on accounting or finance preferred)
- Ability to achieve desired results by holding others accountable and leading teams
- Familiar with GAAP concepts and interpretation of guidance
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially with discussing technical concepts and distilling them into actionable steps for your team and/or clients
- Self-starter, creative problem solver, and thrives under limited supervision
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
- Proven track record of improving financial and operational processes, preferably with growth-stage companies
