What You’ll Do:

  • Compete in a fast‑paced market‑making environment.
  • Contribute timely feedback and improve market strategy over time.
  • Communicate regularly and problem‑solve matters as they arise.

  • Rotate through trading desks and strategies, rapidly absorbing new concepts.
  • Maintain integrity at all times, abiding by all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated interest in trading and financial markets.
  • Excellent math aptitude, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Desire to work in a team setting but can also work independently.
  • Knowledge of Python, C#, and/or SQL, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Self‑motivated, self‑starter, adaptable.
  • Demonstrated ability to use good judgement.
  • Capable of maintaining focus with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work on a competitive team and adapt to changing situations with ease.
  • No prior industry experience required but is a plus.
  • All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Compensation

The total base range for this role is approximately $50,000 - $115,000 contingent on experience. Wolverine Trading’s total compensation model includes base salary and an annual discretionary bonus.
