Maintenance Supervisor

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership and direction to a team of mechanical and electrical maintenance professionals, including outside contractors when needed.
• Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities across industrial equipment and facility systems.
• Serve as a hands‑on technical leader—coaching, training, and mentoring team members while occasionally supporting complex repairs.
• Respond effectively to urgent maintenance issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Conduct routine equipment and facility inspections to proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Manage maintenance schedules, labor allocation, and work order flow through a CMMS.
• Oversee inventory levels for parts, tools, and supplies while supporting cost control initiatives.
• Partner cross‑functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership to support overall plant performance.
• Confident, hands‑on supervisor who leads by example.
• Strong communicator who can engage technicians, contractors, and leadership alike.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Financially aware with experience managing maintenance budgets and identifying cost efficiencies.
• Analytical and solutions‑driven mindset.

• Proven maintenance supervisor or lead experience within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Demonstrated success supervising and developing skilled trades professionals over an extended period.
• Strong working knowledge of industrial maintenance disciplines such as:
  Mechanical systems and rotating equipment, Electrical systems and AC motors, and HVAC, burners, plumbing, and general facility systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience using CMMS platforms and standard business software; CAD exposure is a plus.
• Solid understanding of workplace safety standards and best practices.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

$80,000 - $90,000

2 weeks of vacation, paid sick leave where applicable by state law, Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance Vision Insurance, 401K, and Life Insurance.
