Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician – Painting & General Maintenance
Salary: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
We are seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to join the Plant Operations team at The Clare. This role is designed for a professional who takes pride in the "fine details." You will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and functional excellence of our luxury retirement community.
Key Responsibilities
- Painting: Perform high-quality interior painting, including trim work, decorative finishes, and meticulous prep/patching to maintain a "like-new" appearance.
- Art & Decor Installation: Professional hanging of high-value artwork, mirrors, and window treatments with precision and care.
- General Trades: Perform light plumbing and electrical.
- Preventative Maintenance: Proactively identify and resolve minor "wear and tear" issues.
Requirements & Skills
- Technical Versatility: Proven experience in professional painting and basic building trades (plumbing/mechanical).
- White-Glove Service: Experience working in high-end residential, hospitality, or senior living environments is a plus.
- Trustworthiness: Ability to pass a comprehensive background check (required for senior living environments).
- Problem Solver: A "fix-it" mindset with the ability to work independently.
