• Maintains the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
• Works closely with Department Reliability Engineering regarding;
  Maintenance Program development, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis. May facilitate various workshops.
• Considered an SME (subject matter expert) in advanced skilled trade disciplines
• Contributes to developing and delivering technical training modules, OJT's, etc.
• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization
• Supports continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site
• Understands and follows all safety and GMP regulations
• Assist cross functional teams outside of the maintenance organization

• HS diploma with 10+ yrs. experience or College degree, college certificate, or formal apprenticeship and 5+ years of work experience related to skilled trades or other relevant technical degree
• CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Proficient user of Abb Vie’s CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) and intermediate skills with MS Windows.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (i.e., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools)
• In some Abb Vie Maintenance organizations, electrical skills and knowledge is required

• The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
  
  This range may be modified in the future.
