Groundskeeper

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager, in conjunction with the Director, Facilities & Engineering, maintains and cares for the hospital grounds and adjoining parking lots, by performing listed duties, in order to ensure patient, visitor and employee safety as well as a clean and attractive campus.

These duties are to be performed in accordance with the mission, values and behaviors of Insight Hospital and Medical Center. Employees are further expected to provide a high quality of care, service, and kindness toward all patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and guests.

Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Must have an ability to lift heavy objects that may exceed 50 lbs. Will be standing, stooping, bending, kneeling, walking and sitting for 4 hours or more as required.

Works in all weather conditions, handles toxic substances, wears protective gear when necessary and may work around loud machinery.
