Hours: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm;
Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & Tue

The Clare is recruiting for hospitality focused Building Maintenance Technician to join our team!

• Service HVAC units/systems, including operating weekly tests for emergency generator as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
• Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures.

• Technical training in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc.
• HVAC Certificate
• Ability to read, write and speak the English language
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree
• Open availability between the hours of 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM

Salary: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
