We are looking for a part‑time heavy equipment maintenance professional who is passionate about aviation. We need experienced maintenance specialists to repair and maintain aviation ground support equipment (GSE), including forklifts, k‑loaders, generators, deicers, fuel trucks, tugs and other gas or diesel‑powered equipment. • High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for technical matters.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Verifiable three (3) years in industrial and/or commercial maintenance work.
• Basic arc/mig/acetylene welding, troubleshooting and repair of gas and diesel engines, automatic/manual transmissions, drive trains, hydraulic systems, battery‑operated equipment and related components.
• Ability to change light and heavy‑duty tires and wheels, and work independently in a non‑supervised position.
• Basic computer skills.
• Complete set of mechanical tools appropriate for vehicle maintenance and repair (company will provide specialized tools).
• Proficiency in all listed areas.
• Physical ability to stoop, bend, manipulate tools in small spaces and perform work at heights.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 10 lb frequently, and occasionally up to 75 lb.

• Six (6) months of formal approved technical training or schooling in automotive maintenance or truck/implement devices, or Two (2) years of experience in industrial/commercial or commercial vehicle/equipment servicing and minor repair. One (1) or more years of formal, approved schooling counts as one (1) year toward overall experience requirements.
• Prior military AGE/GSE experience.
• Typing skills and computer knowledge of Microsoft Office.
