Role summary:
The Custodian will be responsible for the cleanliness and organization of their assigned area throughout The Chicago Theatre, including daily cleanliness and any daily or weekly special cleaning projects.

• Maintain facility standards and assist in general cleaning, including sweeping floors, detail cleaning, cleaning spills, shampooing, garbage disposal, restroom upkeep during events, and maintenance of public areas.
• Operate facility equipment of various sizes and weights as required.
• Receive deliveries and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Ensure MSG standards are consistently met or exceeded.

• Custodial experience at an entertainment venue or large commercial property preferred.
• Proficiency with necessary equipment and safety requirements for that equipment.
• High level of energy, strong attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to collaborate with various operating groups.

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Hourly Pay Range: $17.50 USD
