Location:

Oak Park, IL – Annual salary $50,000–$66,000.

• Perform installation, troubleshooting, and service tasks for residential systems including low voltage wiring, speakers, TVs, networks, surveillance, access control, lighting, and shades
• Configure, program, and commission networks, Savant and Crestron home control systems, and Lutron Homeworks lighting systems
• Connect with clients to find solutions to their problems
• Build client relationships
• Train customers on their systems
• Recommend needed or helpful upgrades to clients’ existing systems
• Test systems for proper functioning

• Minimum 3 years progressive experience
• Superior computer skills in both Apple and Windows environments
• Superior troubleshooting skills
• Competent networking skills
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and insurance
• Experience with Savant/Crestron/Lutron programming
• Creative, solution‑oriented, positive, focused
