  • Develop short‑, mid‑, and long‑range capacity and supply models from first principles to support operating plans, annual budgets, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Partner with Procurement, Strategy, and Materials Planning to design supplier resiliency plans and scale supplier capacity to fuel growth.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to validate capacity assumptions and ensure alignment with equipment capabilities and labor availability.
  • Quantify single points of failure and recovery paths across the end‑to‑end supply network using scenario‑based analysis.
  • Partner with Finance and Commercial teams to integrate capacity plans into S&OP and integrated business planning (IBP), innovation launches, and scenario planning for new product introductions.
  • Lead cross‑functional capacity reviews through the supply chain (supplier‑to‑customer) to ensure proactive identification of risks and development of mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain advanced scenario planning models to drive supplier & farm capacity requirements, milk and dairy bi‑products volumes, and direct/indirect material requirements.
  • Act as a technical planning lead in digital planning transformation, leveraging advanced planning tools to enhance visibility and responsiveness across our supply network.
  • Provide thought leadership on capacity and resiliency planning best practices, influencing strategic decisions on network design and investment.
  • Establish modeling standards and reusable frameworks/tools that scale across the End‑to‑End Planning organization.
