** Pay Rate:*

** What you'll be doing as a Water Sweeper Driver:*
* + Operate a water sweeper (or street sweeper truck) to clean roads, parking lots, construction sites, or industrial areas

+ Spray water to control dust and debris during sweeping operations

+ Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely completion of cleaning tasks

+ Inspect the vehicle before and after use (fluid levels, tires, brushes, water system, etc.)

+ Perform basic maintenance such as refilling water tanks and cleaning filters

+ Safely maneuver the vehicle in tight or high-traffic areas

+ Remove dirt, trash, and debris to maintain a clean and safe environment

+ Follow all safety guidelines and traffic regulations while operating equipment

+ Report any mechanical issues, hazards, or incidents to supervisors

+ Communicate with team members and site personnel to coordinate work effectively

* + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with People Ready

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Valid driver's license (CDL may be required depending on the vehicle and location)

+ Experience operating commercial or heavy-duty vehicles, preferably sweepers or similar equipment

+ Ability to follow safety procedures and operate equipment in a safe, controlled manner

+ Background check and drug screening required
