We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Planning & Deployment Analyst to support our North America team in optimizing inventory deployment and vehicle sizing across the supply chain network. This role ensures products are positioned in the right locations at the right time, balancing service levels, cost efficiency, and network constraints.
Key responsibilities include managing DRP processes, executing stock transfers using SAP and Kinaxis, optimizing distribution and load planning, monitoring performance metrics, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting S&OE and capacity planning meetings. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and advanced data analysis to proactively identify supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of supply chain experience in cross-functional environments
- Experience with SAP/Oracle and Kinaxis
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
Preferred:
- CPG industry experience
- APICS certification (CSCP/CPIM)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, VBA, Power Query, Teradata
